  • Journey Groups

    In a Journey Group, people study God's word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life.  It's also where they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don't show up. That's why Journey Groups are such an important part of our discipleship strategy. Success at theWELLbuffalo is defined by how effectively people move from our larger Gatherings into Journey Groups. It’s not enough to just come...We want you to engage when you are ready!


    We believe intentional relationships are the key to sustained spiritual growth. Starting with God & Others Practically speaking, there will never be a way for the staff or elders to personally minister to everyone who will attend our gatherings. That's why we place such a high premium on Journey Group life. It's how we will minister effectively at theWELLbuffalo. 



    Everything is about relationships, the rest is just details.

  • Brotherhood

    Brotherhood is a men's meeting that gathers on the third Saturday of the month at 7:30am. It's a time filled with breakfast, encouragement and fellowship. Where groups of men from all ages and stages of life share stories and brief lesson meant to strengthen our identity as leaders in Christ.

  • Sisterhood

    Sisterhood is a monthly women's group that meets on the 1st Thursday of each month. The theme and location change but what doesn't change is the group's desire to see growth both spiritually and relationally.

  • Motherhood

    Motherhood is a group that meets twice a month during the school year. It's for all mothers to spend time together, learning and gleaning wisdom from each other as you travel through motherhood together.

  • Recovery

    Recovery at theWELL is a new JOURNEY GROUP launching soon, specifically for those with a hurt, habit or hangup. We all experience brokenness in life. Recovery at theWELL is a place anyone can experience new life and freedom by working through steps of healing given to us by God through the Bible. All who are tired, broken or hurting are invited to come find recovery in Jesus Christ.



    We know that not everyone who comes will enter understanding through the Bible or believe in the God of the Bible. Recovery at theWELL is a safe place for anyone to honestly process questions and doubts. Our prayer is that you will find the same peace that we have found.



    God loves you. He wants to heal you and has a plan for you. All are welcome.

    theWELLkids is a fun, friendly environment where children (Birth-5th grade) come to learn biblical truths at their own level of understanding.  We meet every Sunday morning during both our 9:00am & 11:00am gatherings at the Bethel campus and at 10:00am at the Ebenezer Campus.  For more information email maria@theWELLbuffalo.com

    AWANA is our mid-week program for children

    theWELLstudents is a student community of 6th-12th graders that meets Wednesday nights at

    995 Dodge Rd. Getzville, NY 14068 at 6:30pm


    On a Wednesday night a student can expect to come and enjoy a night filled with games, pizza, a relevant conversation and the opportunity to meet in age/gender Journey Groups, which give each student an opportunity to better understand themselves and their FAITH.

  • Discovery

    DISCOVERY is an opportunity offered to anyone who wishes to PARTNER here at theWELLbuffalo. PARTNERING is when an individual/family makes a commitment to connect with the vision of the church and the community it wishes to serve. DISCOVERY is a 3-4 week partnership class, that meets on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm four times a year. In each session you will hear the STORY of theWELLbuffalo, its beginnings, as well as, the VALUES and RHYTHMS that make up our church's ethos. 


    At the end of DISCOVERY everyone has an opportunity to partner at ENCOUNTER and become part of theWELLbuffalo's mosaic.
